Why does a Penang-based cleaner cover Kulim?

Distance, mostly. Kulim Hi-Tech Park sits a short run up the Kulim Expressway from our Bukit Mertajam and Batu Kawan routes — closer to our mainland crew than some parts of Penang island are. It is the natural first step outside the state, rather than a stretch.

It is also why Kulim is the only place we serve outside Penang for now — everywhere else in Kedah, Perlis and Perak is still on our waiting list.

What kind of work do you do at Hi-Tech Park?

The same category as our Bayan Lepas industrial work: curtain-wall and office glazing, factory glass, and rooftop solar on plant roofs, where electronics and semiconductor manufacturing generates fine airborne particulate that fouls panels faster than a normal roof. Arrays here often suit quarterly cleaning rather than twice yearly.

Commercial jobs are scheduled around shift changeovers and get a written photo report per visit, same as our other industrial accounts. Larger sites are quoted after a walk-round rather than from photos.

What does it cost in Kulim?

Standard Penang prices apply — window cleaning from RM100, pressure washing from RM250, hard water removal from RM200 after a RM50 inspection and upholstery from RM50 per seat, with solar and high-reach dusting quoted after a site visit. As our first stop outside the state, Kulim jobs are grouped with our regular Seberang Perai routes to keep pricing standard rather than adding a border crossing on top.

Housing in Kulim town gets the same treatment as any Penang mainland terrace or link house — grilles and louvres priced separately if you have them.
