Two things we plan around. First, security grilles are near-universal on the older terrace stock, and grilles genuinely change the job — the glass behind them has to be reached through or around the bars, and the grilles themselves collect dust and cobwebs that will fall onto clean glass if left. We price grille cleaning separately and tell you before booking.
Second, louvre windows are still common in the older houses here, more so than on the island. Each louvre blade is cleaned individually, which is slow work, so a house with three louvre windows can cost noticeably more than one with three casements of the same size.
Window cleaning from RM100, the same as everywhere in Penang, with no mainland surcharge. A double-storey terrace with 16 to 20 windows typically lands between RM140 and RM240. Add grilles or louvres and expect the upper part of that range or a little beyond, because both are labour rather than materials.
Pressure washing from RM250 is common here for driveways and boundary walls. Inland Bukit Mertajam gets less salt than the coast, so exteriors hold up better and eighteen-month cycles are usually fine.
Yes — Machang Bubok, Alma, Cherok Tokun and the newer gated developments around the town are all within our normal service area at no extra charge. We also work on community buildings and places of worship, which usually need scheduling around service times rather than around business hours.
For the older town shoplots along Jalan Pasar and the centre, we generally start at 8:30 AM before the streets fill up.
Spot something we missed within 48 hours of the job and we come back and fix it free.
Purified water and proper technique. If your glass dries streaky, it is on us to redo.
Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Same-day quotes on most jobs.
