What kind of cleaning does the industrial belt need?

Different problems from residential Penang. Industrial dust and airborne particulate settle continuously here, so office glazing inside the free industrial zone often runs on a monthly cycle rather than quarterly. Ground-floor and roadside glass near the airport approach picks up the most.

Yes, and it is the norm here rather than an exception. Most of our Bayan Lepas commercial work happens early morning, at shift changeover, or on Saturdays. We work within 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and schedule the setup so nothing blocks a loading bay or walkway during production.

What about the housing around Bayan Baru?

Standard residential work, with one local wrinkle: houses close to the industrial zone and the airport approach accumulate a greasy particulate film that plain water does not shift well. We treat those before the main clean rather than pretending a single pass will do it.
